It is important that when you receive a package from Admen, you examine the packaging for any damage before you acknowledge receipt. If there should have been damage to the packaging, the receipt/bill of lading must be noted with the following: "Package damaged".
The package can then be received and the receipt saved. You are also welcome to refuse receipt of the package if it has major damage. In that case it will be returned to us and we can take care of the matter for you.
If you should be unlucky enough that not only the packaging is damaged, but also the contents/goods are damaged, you must immediately send an email to kontakt@admen.dk
After 5 days, we no longer have the opportunity to forward the claim to the shipping company.
As proof, please send the following:
- Photos of all exterior surfaces of the package
- Photos of all internal protection
- Photos of the damaged contents.
- We must be able to see the affixed GLS label on one of the pictures of the packaging.
It is important that all packaging and goods are saved and not used until the case has been concluded.
