Order

All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. The price for shipping is displayed when you go to checkout. When you order products on www.admen.dk , you will receive an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address after the purchase. You must be 18 years of age to shop at admen.dk - if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

Price error

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

Payment and delivery

You have the following 2 options for payment:

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

We send packages with GLS, Bring or our own drivers and deliver within 2-5 working days.
We only ship to addresses in Denmark and only to fixed islands.

Please note that frames from size 50×70 cm are sent by courier, and therefore take longer to arrive.

The normal delivery time for products in the following product categories: Posters, stickers and Wallpaper is approx. 1-4 working days. For the product groups Print with your photo, acoustic boards and wooden frames, the delivery time depends on when we receive the boards and frames from our suppliers. Transport damage / Complaint

PACKAGE SHOP
If you can see that the package has damage, we would strongly encourage you to draw attention to it at the parcel shop delivery and to contact us immediately.
After 5 days, we no longer have the opportunity to forward the claim to the shipping company.

As proof, please send the following:

  • Photos of all exterior surfaces of the package
  • Photos of all internal protection
  • Photos of the damaged contents.
  • We must be able to see the affixed GLS label on one of the pictures of the packaging.


It is important that all packaging and goods are saved and not used until the case has been concluded.

HOME DELIVERY
If, contrary to expectations, there has been visible transport damage to the item, it is important that you make the carrier aware of this upon receipt. You can possibly open the package while the carrier is there. If the contents have been damaged, please refuse to accept the package so that the carrier will take it back to our warehouse. If you do not immediately draw attention to the transport damage, it may be beyond our ability to make a claim against the transport company. It is also easiest for you to prove that the damage occurred during transport if you complain immediately.

Security

If you pay with a payment card or e-dankort, you are always protected against misuse. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way, you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 if your Dankort is misused by using the pin code. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read it. Neither admen.dk nor others have the opportunity to read the information.

Right of withdrawal

For private customers

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@admen.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package and administration and printing costs yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs for the return shipment. In the event of cancellation, these will be offset against the amount you would otherwise have received back. If you want the package resent, you must pay to have the package delivered again.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of posters, prints and plates, which have been produced according to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch. This applies to the category prints with your photo, personal posters and stickers, where the design is produced according to your wishes. As soon as you have approved the layout, your right of cancellation expires.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

For business customers

The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.admen.dk.

Entrepreneurs do not have the right of withdrawal. But you can of course make use of your right of complaint in the event of product defects and transport damage.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

If Admen.dk incurs liability towards a third party due to your lack of authority to exercise the third party's rights, you indemnify Admen.dk for such liability.

  • We reserve the right not to produce your motifs if Admen.dk is in doubt as to whether it contravenes the law or may be offensive to someone.
  • We reserve the right not to produce your own motifs if it is judged by Admen.dk to be of too poor quality.
  • Submitted material will not be seen by anyone other than employees at Admen.dk and possibly subcontractors, to Admen.dk, without your consent.
