You can always collect your goods from us free of charge within our opening hours after you have paid for your goods. You receive an email from us regarding collection.

How long is the delivery time?
We prioritize fast order processing for immediate product satisfaction. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on product. Contact us for faster delivery. Collection from Glostrup possible for shorter delivery time. Stock items can take 4-30 days.
Can you print photos from a smartphone?
Yes, as long as you send the image in high resolution via mobile to kontakt@admen.dk
Finally, write which size you want and material. Based on this, we will send you an offer.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your item right away.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in Glostrup where we can display our print materials. However, all our print products are only produced after ordering, therefore it will not be possible to show the specific product you request.

Can I order a specific size that is not on your webshop?
We have the ability to produce almost all kinds of print sizes that are not shown on the page. You just have to send an email to kontakt@admen.dk or call 61 100 888 and we can quickly tell you about your desired size.
I have yet to receive my goods, what should I do?
When we send packages from our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email. You can see where your package is via the Track & Trace number. Please be aware that if the Shipping Company has tried to deliver your package while you are not at home, the driver may forget to put a collection slip in your mailbox. In this case, you will always be able to see where your package is. If you have problems locating your package, our customer service is always available. This is usually a problem we can solve quickly. You can therefore always call tel: 61 100 888 or send an email to: kontakt@admen.dk - Then we will make sure to help you.
Is it possible to have goods delivered abroad?
PT. we offer delivery only to Denmark. If you want delivery to another country, contact our customer service on tel. 61 100 888 or email: kontakt@admen.dk . We will then put together an offer on what the price for delivery will cost.
My package is damaged on arrival - What do I do?
It is important that when you receive a package from Admen, you examine the packaging for any damage before you acknowledge receipt. If there should have been damage to the packaging, the receipt/bill of lading must be noted with the following: "Package damaged".
The package can then be received and the receipt saved. You are also welcome to refuse receipt of the package if it has major damage. In that case it will be returned to us and we can take care of the matter for you.
If you are unlucky enough that not only the packaging is damaged, but also the contents/goods are damaged, you must immediately send an email to kontakt@admen.dk
After 5 days, we no longer have the opportunity to forward the claim to the shipping company.
As proof, please send the following:
- Photos of all exterior surfaces of the package
- Photos of all internal protection
- Photos of the damaged contents.
- We must be able to see the affixed GLS label on one of the pictures of the packaging.
It is important that all packaging and goods are saved and not used until the case has been concluded.
